How long does an order take to be delivered?+
Publishers normally deliver within 12–24 hours. You can track every order from your dashboard and approve or reject the work once it is submitted.
What happens if I am not happy with the delivered article?+
Every order includes free revisions. If a publisher does not meet your requirements, our moderation team reviews the dispute and issues a refund from escrow when the work clearly does not match the brief.
How do I sell my website on the Publizia marketplace?+
Create a publisher account, add your site with your real metrics, and set your price. Once verified, buyers can find and order from you. Payments are held in escrow and released after approval.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
We accept PayPal, Binance (USDT/BNB) and Payoneer for wallet deposits and withdrawals. Stripe integration is on the way.
