Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Publizia (“Publizia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Publizia website, marketplace platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Publizia operates a two-sided marketplace connecting advertisers seeking high-authority backlinks with publishers offering guest post placement opportunities on their websites. All transactions conducted through the Platform are subject to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Advertiser — A user who purchases backlinks or guest post placements through the Platform.

Publisher — A website owner who lists their site on the Platform and accepts guest post orders.

Content — Any article, text, media, or material submitted by an Advertiser or produced on their behalf for publication.

Escrow — The secure payment hold mechanism whereby funds are held by Publizia until the Advertiser confirms the live placement.

Commission — The fee charged by Publizia for facilitating a transaction between Advertiser and Publisher.

Link Guarantee Period — The 12-month period following placement during which Publizia guarantees the link remains live and dofollow.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@publizia.com of any unauthorized use. Publizia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple or duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Advertiser Services

Advertisers may browse the Publisher marketplace, filter by metrics (DA, DR, traffic, niche, price), and purchase guest post placements.

Order Process:

  1. Select a Publisher and add the placement to your cart.
  2. Submit your Content or request content writing services from Publizia (additional fees apply).
  3. Pay the total amount (placement price + Commissions) into Escrow.
  4. The Publisher reviews and publishes the Content.
  5. You verify the live link. Once confirmed, funds are released to the Publisher.

If the Content is rejected by the Publisher, you may revise it or select a different Publisher. Repeated rejections due to low-quality or off-topic Content may result in forfeiture of the Escrow amount.

Link Guarantee: Publizia guarantees that each purchased link will remain live and dofollow for 12 months from the placement date. If a link is removed or changed to nofollow within this period, Publizia will either (a) secure a replacement placement of equal or greater value, or (b) issue a refund of the placement price (excluding Commissions) to your account balance.

5. Publisher Services

Publishers list their websites on the Platform and set their own pricing. By accepting an order, the Publisher agrees to:

  • Publish the Advertiser's Content in a timely manner (per the stated turnaround time).
  • Ensure the published link is dofollow and passes link equity.
  • Maintain the link live for a minimum of 12 months from publication date.
  • Notify Publizia immediately if the link is removed, altered, or the site structure changes.

Publishers retain editorial control over Content relevance to their site. Unreasonably rejecting Content that meets the stated niche and quality guidelines may result in account review or suspension.

Payment: Publisher payouts are processed after the Advertiser confirms the live placement and any applicable review period concludes. Publizia pays Publishers via their selected payout method (PayPal, Payoneer, or Binance) minus applicable Publizia Commission.

6. Fees & Payments

Publizia charges a Commission on each completed transaction. The Commission rate varies by payment method:

  • Stripe: 10% Publizia Commission + 4.9% payment processing fee (Coming Soon).
  • PayPal: 10% Publizia Commission + 4.9% payment processing fee.
  • Payoneer: 8% Publizia Commission + 2% payment processing fee.
  • Binance (USDT): 8% Publizia Commission + 2% payment processing fee.

All prices are listed and charged in USD. Advertisers pay the full amount (placement price + all fees) upfront into Escrow. Publishers receive the placement price minus the applicable Publizia Commission and any transaction fees.

Publizia reserves the right to modify Commission rates with 14 days' notice to users. Existing orders placed before a rate change are governed by the rates in effect at the time of order.

7. Escrow Protection

All advertiser funds for guest post placements are held in Escrow by Publizia until the Advertiser confirms satisfaction. This protects both parties:

  • Advertisers — Funds are not released until you verify the live link meets your requirements.
  • Publishers — Payment is guaranteed once the live link is confirmed, even if the Advertiser delays confirmation beyond 3 days.

If the Advertiser does not confirm or dispute the placement within 3 days of the Publisher marking it complete, the Escrow amount is automatically released to the Publisher. Disputes are reviewed by Publizia support and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

8. Content Guidelines

All Content submitted through the Platform must comply with the following standards:

  • Must be original, non-plagiarized, and not published elsewhere.
  • Must not contain illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading information.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending orders will be handled per the existing terms at the time of termination. Funds held in Escrow for active orders will be processed to completion.
